Fire and Safety training has been carried out by Security Supervisor to train the security guards for the immediate addressal of any unwanted situation where quick addressal is required to prevent the loss.

Carbon Media filter and other key components have been changed which were running for the last 5years. STP 3HP Motor pump has also been repaired, it was not working as expected and causing issues.

TFTs has been setup across all the Towers for monitoring the Lifts and to take prompt actions in case anyone gets stuck in the lift.

An inspection was carried out in Tower A, B1 and C for the Fire Panel Alarm system. The details report provided to us based on that we have completed working on the repair/replacement for the Fire Panel. Fire alarm panel repairing/replacing work have been completed in Tower "A", "C" and Tower "B1".

These devices help reduce the population of flies and insects in areas like underground lift lobbies and club area, contributing to a more hygienic and comfortable environment.
